The Club Doctor, LLC has a state-of-the-art shop for all kinds of clubmaking and repair problems. It includes a frequency-meter for assessing flex and matching clubs, a loft and lie machine for adjusting clubs to the correct specs, a spine-finder for evaluating and correcting for shaft asymmetries, a drill press for reaming out hosels, and all the sundry and various tools needed for a fully-stocked, full-service shop.

Why custom clubs? Just like few of us can buy a complete suit, pants and jacket, off the rack and have it fit right the first time, golf clubs are often wrong in one way or another. A custom set–where all the clubs match on swingweight, flex, length, and so on–is far superior for most people. (See what customers say).

The clubs I make are as high or higher in quality as those you’ll pay hundreds more for from famous manufacturers. I don’t make “clones;” I make high-quality custom-made clubs.
